Free drawing for  Foxxy11 of his character Tawes, a lion/fox Hybrid.

I tried to carry over the background image from http://www.colourlovers.com/pattern....._Summer_Galaxy & the color palette that I used from the first drawing. With the previous drawing I tried to focus on proper anatomy. With this drawing I wanted to see what quick curvy brush stokes would look like & not focus so much on the anatomy. Tawes doesn't seem to be too brolic so I tried to make him look petite yet not too effeminate.

The tattoo on his back is a blue caduceus medical symbol. I went with a more stencilly look to keep with the brushy sorta of theme for the picture.
