Okay so I need to explain this one a little bit for people that don't know Toxi or her character... She has a top hat that apparently is like... The equiv' of Mary Poppin's tote bag. Inside is where she lives, etcetc. She can be seen popping in and out of it sometimes during RP, so I decided I would draw her doing such.
I chose to put her in a simple high split dress with candycane stockings and garters. I also attempted to slap an elf/santa hat onto her head. I fudged up the ears but NEH! By the way, her character is a 'NekoSpire'? So that's why she has elf ears and a cat tail.
