Another surreal piece for your bemusement.
I've been working on this painting for quite some time. At last I can unleash it upon an unsuspecting public! Muhaaaha.
There are elements from my previous surreal plant that you're going to recognize and then yet this is something very new and different. This represents many techniques all combined into one weird painting. There's: texture, watercolor techniques, massive undulating shadows and just plain freaky experimentation.
Anyway, this is now framed and I'm taking it to to work tomorrow...unless you think that I might be embarrassing myself by doing so! X)

Somehow, I can't help but imagine those leaves shimmering psychedelically in the light - that'd certainly make it rather an arboreal specatacle.
My inane suppositions aside, this is a good piece! I'm sure you wouldn't be embarrassing yourself to show it off at work - nicely done!
