a high powered revolver that converts steam into bolts /bullets of electricity that can be fired in quick succession no no reload time, however long periods of fire can cause the barrel to heat up and eventually cause back fire witch can monitored on the side gauge that says overheat,
on the other side is another gauge to set the power bullets

Green 100v - for paralysis of the target's body for a few hours
Orange 500v - will shock the target and cause them to be knocked out for a day or two
Red 1,000v - electrocutes and kills target
DANGER! 5,000v - plazma bullet vaporizes anything it hits (danger of backfire or gun imploding destorying both gun and holder)
