The Cognitive Oversonic Disruptor

a small gun that is easy to conceal, this gun is not really for dealing any kind of damage to the body or the area but more to mess with the mind, firing a ray of oversonic waves that mess with the cognitive though processes and trowing them into chaos and disarray causing the target to have what is best describe as a mental breakdown where only there chaotic and illogical thoughts are present thus turning the target into a demented husk of there former self.

Basically it turns them into Screwball and with it in Dingbat's hooves i predict that there is certainly going to be a lot of fun chaos ahead.
