Fox cutie marks? (Yeah, not.)

Uuuhhh... yeah, no ^^; Just something left over from the time I used to give some foxes those card suit shaped... marks? Furstylings? I mean a tattoo would be a bit pointless since nobody could see it unless you shaved, and who wants a furless fox anyway? Don't answer that by the way, I'd rather not know.

If I were trying to make sense of them, I'd call them "clan marks" and they were dyed fur (or dyed follicles).

Well considering my main setting is sci-fi, I guess dyed follicles aren't too far out there. And that "clan mark" does give me some ideas, I may even end up using it in some sense.

"Four vixens sitting around a card table (playing strip poker?). One of each clan/suit: clubs, spades, hearts, and diamonds."

Considering the reputation foxes have, something like The No Shirt Gang from "Just You and Me, Kid" (1979) would be appropriate. (The "Gang" was a group of ex-magician poker buddies who took off their shirts when they played so they couldn't accuse each other of hiding cards up their sleeves.)
