You have an tips or suggestions for a guy trying to learn to do coloring work?

Oh i have one useful tip i always use XD
Copy your favorite artist's work OwO well not exactly copying everything, just a few things like, copy their color (pick their artworks color), copy their style, their lines, apply them to your drawing XD.
it works like miracle! 8"> i guarantee~

well that's the thing, I don't want to copy other people I want to have a style that sticks out. I want it to be a style of my own.

Oh, actually even if you try to copy them, there's no way you can copy it exactly like how they do it, their style won't stick on you...You will develop your own style automatically, it can't be stopped XD it's inside you... When you try to copy something, it'll only strengthen your own style...and make the process faster.

At least that's how i build mine :D but i'm still learning too XD so my opinion is not very dependable i guess

well you see with the layers, I'll have issues where it will let me color the character but I can't work on the background or something. Also can't shade and other errors like that.

This piece is fantastic man. I love the posing, the facial gestures, and the movement that is going on within this piece. I am always a sucker for movement - any type of motion that shows more than just a stagnant and stiff content. For this you have blown that out of the water with the amount of height, space, and dimension you've put into this piece. I know I ramble, but I seriously was sold seeing the motion itself in its purest form.

The key for the pose is perspective ;) add a little bit of perspective, turns a mediocre angle into quite a cinematic one xD hahaha
