I've spent far too many months hauled up in my kingdom that I've not gotten out to experience the world for a long time! It leaves the joints stiff. So, my friend Bazz suggested yoga to limber up! He is trying to help, but I"m not sure how effective it's been. Perhaps we should stop and go get ice cream. :(
