Thank you :0) I used a new type of Brush pen I found made by Zebra. Apparently they only sell these in Japan. The Color was done by Photoshop :)

Yep This character is a fan character of a friend of mine. He is actually the one that lead to the creation of Matt the Otter. My character also bares my friends name. Matt.
