Krinders are a mix between Mammal, Reptile and Insect.
If you want a Krinder, go ahead and make one! All information is located below. Numbers on picture correspond to numbers in description.
Let me know if you see anything that needs fixing, and if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask.
1. Hoods - Similar to that of a Cobra. However these are made with thick, coarse hairs. They can also be rotated slightly (from the bone in front) to form what look like "ears" or to make themselves look larger.
Manes - Slightly thinner hair than the "Hood". Can be various lengths and thicknesses. Usually starts on the back of the neck, but can also come up over the top of the head, like hair.
2. "Spikes" - Small patches of bristly hair usually found sporadically along the top of the head to the nose. However, may also be found in random patches where there is fur. (ie: around the eyes, on the chin, etc)
Eyes - All shapes and sizes. Big and round is the most common.
Nose/Snout/Skull Stucture - Usually Canine or Feline, but can vary.
Mouth - Front row of teeth are usually long and hang over the front of the mouth. Fangs are slightly longer. Teeth behind fangs are small but sharp. Despite being carnivorous, Krinders LOVE fruit! Any kind they can get their little paws on.
3. Paws/Front arms - Usually feline. One large claw for the "thumb". Pawpads.
4. Legs - Similar to caterpillar's front 6 legs. Top 2 are shortest, middle is a little longer, and bottom are the longest.
*New* There have been sightings of Krinders with 2, 4, 8 and even 10 Bug-like appendages. Be on the look out for more...
5. Claw - Located on the end of the tail, can be quite big/long. Usually not poisonous, but there have been a few cases where there is a venom pouch located inside that excretes a poison on impact.
6. Torso - All organs (except for reproductive and digestive) are located in the upper torso of the body. Ribs are wider the bottom for maximum flexibility.
- Reproductive/Digestive organs are located near the tail claw inside of a long thin slit. (There have been cases of all types of reproductive organs. Male/Female/Herm/Asexual)
7. Underside - Concaves inwards, except in chest. Usually starts below the ribs, sometimes lower.
8. Body - Size varies. Largest known fullgrown size is 6ft, smallest known is 8in.
- They lay eggs. Babies are one eighth the size of the parent. (If the parent was 8in. the baby would be 1in. If the Parent was 6ft. the baby would be 9in. etc etc)
Markings/Coloration - Krinders can be any color and have any markings imaginable. Rumor has it that some can change color or markings at will.
- Their upper torso is usually covered in short soft fur (except for the bristly patches) while the body is almost scaly. In some cases the rest of the body is covered in a fine velvety fur(or long silky fur), making them irresistibly soft.

And now.... Krinder Chitter, hope you like it!
Green, with a golden-blonde 'dual stripe' that is skunklike in nature, and with dark purple discs where a rattlesnake would have diamonds, save 'railed' by those blond stripes, This creature is, at a quick glance, two things. CUTE, and... mildly disturbing. This is a Krinder, a mix of mammalian, reptilian, and insectile forms. This Krinder is roughly four feet 'tall', when standing on her tail.
Her head is that of a vulpine mostly, a fennec fox to be more exact, as her ears are truly massive things that bear grand tufts of her fur on the tips and the insides. Instead of whiskers, her eyes have fuzzy 'ridges' are in fact tufts of spikey fur. Her eyes are quite large, round and pale pink, as if this creature has traces of albinism. Her teeth are all small, and spikey when you view them- but for her size, they seem harmless enough. Slightly further back from the head, she bears a mane of sorts, rich and fluffy, hiding away most of her neck, shoulders, her single smallish set of breasts, and leading to her forelegs- feline-looking things that, while they do have a dewclaw that is more thumb than not, almost completely those of a nonanthro feline otherwise.
Her body is long, caterpillar-like, round and richly furred body is somewhat like that of a grub- about half a foot down the line, so to speak, of her forepaws are three pairs of a caterpillar's forelegs- the front set the shortest, the next two sets back getting progressively longer. Her long body ends by tapering, then flaring and sharply tapering again as if she has a scorpian's style of stinger. It's so fuzzy though, it's hard to tell whether it's threatening, or just a fluffy bit of fur that is a mock of a threat- to warn off predators... Beneath that 'spike', almost hidden away with the rich fur there, is the other main evidence you're gazing at a female... dewy, inviting folds that a male might easily enough find pleasant.

There are a large number of them that diverged from their original form based on their environment. ^______^ I like this idea the best.
All Krinders may breed with other Krinders, no matter what their differences are.
However, they may acquire different attributes depending on their parents.

Someone showed me this page the other day and Krinders are just too cute for words! I couldn't resist giving it a try so meet Piccolo the snow Krinder.
The creature before you seems to be a hybrid of several kinds of animals but at the same time is a unique creature all it's own. It's a Krinder; four feet of cuddly slithery cuteness! Sound Interesting? Let's take a closer look.
The general body shape is vaguely serpentine; indeed it seems to slither its way around much like a snake. Also lending to the 'snake' appearance is the fact that the underside of much of the creature is covered with long slightly concave scales much like a snake's belly. However, its mammalian nature is quite obvious as well, as all the rest of its body is covered in a downy coat of white fur bearing rosettes of black and brown that strongly resemble those of a snow leopard. Moving up to its torso, for it does look almost like a lamia type creature, you find a set of short forelegs which look mostly like those of a cat's including the paws, though with an opposable dewclaw that looks as if it could act as a primitive thumb. Under those legs are three rows of multi-jointed insect-looking legs, the top set rather short, the middle set a little longer, and the final set a little over half as long as its feline looking forelegs.
The head looks vaguely like that of a fennec with very large expressive ears splayed wide. Under those ears are tufts of bristly hairs that are currently bunched up but look like they could be spread out to make a 'hood' of sorts similar to a cobra. Similar stiff bristles are over the ridges of it's large expressive brown eyes giving it the appearance of having small horns there. Twin canines peek out from it's muzzle, a little too large to be hidden and there is a tuft of denser fur running from the back of it's head down it's short neck, pure white and looking very soft.
Moving back down again to the end of its tail, you find more stiff bristles, all black, formed into a claw shape and packed densely together. Whether it is functional or not is difficult to determine without a closer look. The creature's gender is similarly difficult to guess as there seems to be simply a single long slit near the end of its tail.

I made one too! I based her on a lot of jungle things like poison dart frogs and certain moths. Please excuse the length. I got a bit carried away. n.n;
The critter here has a bit of an odd look about her. She measures about 4 feet from the tip of her pink nosepad to the thick, almost lion-like tufts and black and white ringed fur at the tip of her tail. She looks rather like someone has taken the forebody of a fox/cat hybrid and glued it to the rear of a giant caterpillar. She's one of those creatures called krinders.
Her forebody, comprising about 1/8 of her length, is covered primarily in a cerulean fur. This fur feels very thick to the touch and is as soft as the finest goose down. It sport a pair of short forelegs similar to those of a kitten that end in paws with short digits and a dewclaw long enough to be a crude thumb. Her head resembles that of a fox, but the muzzle is only about half as long. Above the muzzle are two large, sparkling, expressive orange eyes. Above these, marking her eyebrows, are two rows of short, bright red tufts of spiky fur. There are two more rows of 'spikes' that start at a central point on her forehead and move back, splitting into the two rows that run to the base of her skull where they meat at another point.
Her head also sports two long masts where one would expect the inner rim of a fox's ears. These masts extend about a foot away from her head. They are connected to a furry hood, similar to that of a cobra, only made of flesh and fur. The fur of these hood is a bright red, like her spikes and shortens in a steady progression along her head and back to the bottom of her shoulder blades. What makes this hood really noticeable are the spots that fill them. On each side of the hood, left and right, and one the back and inner surfaces is a large black spot surrounded by a thick yellow ring. Eyespots.
Her head also sports a thick, bright red, mohawk-like mane. It starts at the base of her skull, just behind her 'spikes', and travels all the way down to the bottom of her forebody. It rises in length to the mid point, where it's about 6 inches long, then diminishes to nothing the rest of the way down her back.
The last marking is a pair of bright yellow stripes. These stripes cover the sides of her muzzle, leaving the bridge and lower jaw blue. They go down her muzzle and arch upwards to cover her eyes, though they leave the brows blue. The travel down the inner base of her hood on both sides and all the way down to her hindbody.
Her hindbody is the part built much like a caterpillar and makes up the remaining 7/8 of her length. Along the underside of her lower torso are pairs of legs much like those of a caterpillar. There are five pairs of legs altogether, all black, and all bearing a joint midway up the leg. The 1st and last pairs are the shortest, with the 3rd, middle pair being at least twice as long. The 2nd and 4th are mid-length.
The yellow stripes that start on her forebody continue here. Only here, they split, branch, and merge in a way much like the splotches and stripes of a poison dart frog. This makes her lower torso yellow with blue splotches instead of blue with yellow stripes. Her hindbody eventually narrows to a short prehensile tail. This tail ends if a thick tuft of fur that is colored with black and white rings. Buried in this tuft, and rarely seen, is a large, bright red claw with and bulbous base, making it resemble a scorpion's stinger.
All in all, she seems to be very friendly and, for those who don't mind her unusual appearance, very approachable.

Heeee! I'm so happy you like her! I've been coming up with so many neat ideas for her type of krinder, thanks to the notes we've sent back and forth. I imagine her being the queen of an entire arboreal krinder colony with all the kridners making big interconnected huts and walkways way up in the canopy of a jungle. There would be huts for hatcheries, filled with my krinder's eggs, others that are nurseries, some that are pantries for stored food and even some with yummy fruits growing in them.
I know! I can just see all the working krinders bustling back and froth through the huge, city-like colony, carrying fruits and meats and building materials and even new eggs and baby krinders. And when a predator zips in to attack, dozens upon dozens of eyespots flash to freak it out and scare it away.
*gets her krinder colony to flash their eyespots at your cold to scare it away!*

I can't believe I forgot to comment on this. Dx
Sorry!
Don't worry, I really suck at writing descriptions as well. I am super jealous of peoples' desc writing abilities.
My advice would be to read over the couple of descriptions posted and kind of use them like a guideline, or example, get ideas from there. Then just explain how you believe your Krinder would look.
*shrugs*
I am sure you can do it! If you are having troubles you can always as
rocroldis for help. ^____^
