Renamon...Bread? - Part 1
Renamon sighs as she strolls in the park as she waits. She got a phone call earlier at Rika's home from Guilmon to ask her to meet her in the park near his little house. She asked him why he wanted to meet there but all she got from him was a stifle laugh an to make sure to meet her there before he hung up. Perking her curiosity, she goes to the park where she was asked an waits for him.
She paces back an forth for about 10 minutes, sighing like before. "Whats taking him so long?" She asks herself in thought as she starts to get impatient. Thankfully at the moment she sees Guilmon running up with a big smile on his face as usual but notices his arms behind his back. "Sorry about the wait Renamon, i made a big mess at Takato's place an had to clean it up. " He explains to her while still keeping his arms behind his back. "Its alright. So what did you want us to meet for?" She asks as she wonders what he is hiding. If its possible, he gives a bigger smile an closes his eyes. "Heh well first close your eyes. " Renamon just stares at him for a moment before speaking. "Why?" "Pretty please, i wont say anything more until you do" She just crosses her arms an sighs as she decides to humor him an closes her eyes. "There, now what?" Holding back a giggle as she does what he asks. "Now stick your hands out for me please." Sighing once again, she stickes her hands out for him then sudden feels something placed there. She opens her eyes an sees an oddly shaped bread in her paws.
"SURPRISE! I made Renamon Bread just for you." He says with his adorable smile an proud tone. Renamon just continues to look at the bread before her an blushes a bit. "Renamon...Bread?" She asks in disbelif that someone would make a gift just for her. Not noticing Guilmon leaving, to head back to Takato place to make more, he waves his claw an shouts. " I hope you like it Reamon! "
I have been working on this for the past 6 months on an off an i love how it came out but i wished the background came out better but that doesn't take away from the main focus. Just thought it would be cute to see something like these from these two. ^-^ an this is the first time i drew Guilmon so i know he might look off but i gotta say it doesn't look that bad.
Tired several highlighting an shading techniques an i gotta say it work so much here. The lil story was just a last minute add on that add more to the pic so i hope you enjoy that too. x3
