I love the coloring on this piece. It just makes the tranquility of the day they're having stand out and shows that even the stuffed shirts can get out and have a little bit of fun now and then ^_^

I love everything about this piece; I'm not sure what to comment on first.

As always, your pieces seem to gain more depth and brilliance with the coloring. Also, more details I can pick up on. I barely even noticed anything that was in the basket in the black and white line work. Now, I see that bread and all those other goodies clear as day.

Let us all hope for more happy days with Bothan. Wonderful work here. Hope you enjoy your commissions you're working on too.

beautiful. hard to remember those two are probably the mightiest warriors in the whole known space... and yet they act like a pair of young girls enjoying a sunny noon.
both seem to prefer their own colour, Daji also seems more "red" than Bothan. nice costuming on both, simple, yet with fine details that speak of the "quality of the clothes".
Bothan dances to some unheard music, maybe the latest earworm from that hyperspace radio station, "Radio Nowhere"? Daji would dance, too, if not for the basket.
the viaduct in the background is curious. most of it is missing, but still it stands tall. curious architecture. roman? greek? Escher?

I was close to color her twin in blue, like Bothan, but I thought that too many blue will kill the blue, so I changed it into red. And that red was too bright, so I added some black and grey... Finally, that gave her an interesting color, close to her previous admiral suit =)
For the viaduc, I don't know what is its architecture... I suppose I'm more inspired bu the roman, but I changed and added some weird concept too. I would have loved to deepen that part of the pic, but sadly... the sheet was a bit too little for that...

you could always re-use it for a different scene. it's too interesting a look to be cast aside.
