Yeah, well times do. Surprise, surprise, there's more than one religion in America; what makes you think yours can sit a foot higher than the rest?
Jesus, I wish I could get through one gov. debate without having to repeatedly remind the opposition that the original issue has no ties to Christianity. I was actually told that marriage is solely a Christian concept and due to that, gay marriage is simply not possible.
Back the What the Fuck Train up a second. I could have /sworn/ that other cultures had marriages ages before Christianity even sprung about. Are Americans so full of themselves that they claim universal concepts such as marriage just for their own faith and completely disclaim any other culture's right to it? Apparently.

Debating religion with anyone for any reason is about as useful and productive as trying to make things float with your mind.
Spirituality is a journey centric to the self, discussing your beliefs with others for any reason other than to inform them how you see the world is directly antithetical to the concept of spirituality itself. Organized religion and its law is a charade of human design, not of divinity.
