As his name suggests he has three heads, Ryn, Lyn and Cyn. He has a cross-shaped scar on his back from his mother trying to kill the extra heads, which almost killed him entirely.

Ryn represents their blind rage, hatred and lust
Cyn represents their innocence and inner child
Lyn is there voice of reason and control
