We loose ourselves when we are alone with our thoughts, time seems to slow down around us but our minds race fast and faster pondering countless what if's, or whys or how could this happen. We plan our futures out and everything seems like its going to be perfect, we find the person who we think completes us only to trip and sent spiraling down the rabbit hole, forever chasing the white rabbit. I was naive and a fool to hold onto a lingering keepsake that I had as my icon until a single note from a kind soul changed all that. What started as a simple gesture of friendship ended up turning around a whole preconceived notion of what is and what was. A brilliant artist surprised me with this new icon to replace my old one that carried some heavy baggage with it and helped me move forward. A simple gift piece helped so much more than words can describe, so Id like to thank this artist from the bottom of my heart for their kindness. It truly is the Darkest before the dawn.
