Harwich self-identifies as "the very boring beach bunny." In this case, he's confused an enormous carrot for a surfboard. Or he's trying to cover up for stealing an enormous carrot by pretending he thought it was a surfboard. I'm not sure which is more in his character. Certainly it's not worth spending any more time puzzling out. So, go look at a different drawing now. Shoo.
