This is a very special quartet of pictures I would like to do for everyone, of four OCs. These OCs belong to four artists who have a very profound influence on my own artwork and greatly inspire me to learn and improve upon what I love doing. All four of them deserve a lot of praise and attention, so please don't hesitate to look at what they have to offer!

(Note that if you're not included in this quartet, it doesn't mean I dislike you or that you're not important to me. These are just the four that come instantly to mind when I speak about my personal journey in artistry where I am at right now.)

I put a lot of passion and love into all of the pictures I've drawn for this series, but I am going to tell you right now that this is the one that I desperately wanted to do as well as I possibly could for.

Mao the Otter belongs to  Stormdragonblue. Of all the artists in the world, Stormy was the one that did more to inspire me to try to even begin learning to draw correctly. I fell in love with his work long before I even touched a stylus to a drawing tablet, and my appreciation for his creativity, his beautiful art quality, and his endless creativity has only grown with time.

Before I ever began drawing and even to this day if someone were to ask what artist I would like to most be like in terms of style, my answer would be without a moment's hesitation: Stormy. He makes me proud to be a furry, proud to be an artist, and proud to be who I am. And on top of it all, he is a gentle, kind-hearted individual who I have grown to consider a true friend. If I've done your beloved Mao any justice, it is because of my endless love for your work.
