Have you ever read the back of a muscle/fitness supplement? The ratio of bullshit to information has to be 10:1. At this stage, I reckon Jeremy considers himself able to see through the bluff and bluster. Hell, the only thing it's got going for it is the packaging.

hehe in regards to supplements it's all hit and miss, some work for one group and others will react differently to it. Have to find what will work and what will not.
I do like the pretty labels that some come up with. Right now I'm using one called Bull NOX, benecourt nutrition. got a image of a bull on it.
