Something i was doing up for Rocksteady, for the fighter that's being created. I had started her out in an outfit reminiscent of Angel from the KoF series; but i figured her faction uniform would suit her just as well. Besides, she looks good in it. :9

It's slightly based off of Cammy's suit, kinda sorta. The mobility created by the swimsuit like bottom of the outfit was appealing to me. As for the top portion, i worked and reworked, and reworked until i came up with something i liked. I still forgot the insignia though. D'oh! >.<;
