I designed a new dragon mask. I wanted one that would be a bit more spiky or angular, and I also wanted to experiment with one that extended over the bottom part of the face. I think this design was a mixed success. I really like the angular details sweeping outwards, but the snout wasn't quite as successful as I would have liked. And there are a couple spots where in future iterations I'll thicken up the detail work.

Anyway, here it is dyed red but not yet finished. I may do some more wet forming of the nose part, then I'll give it an acrylic clear coat and post it up for sale on Etsy. I don't think I'll make another one with quite the same design (unless of course someone really wants it).
