I hope I'm not being too forward by doing this Styx, but here's my advice about using line art in illustrated form; All the faded stuff would be full CG, the dark stuff you would use your favorite kind of pen for, leaving the pen completely unchanged in the final version. I hope this advice is useful ^.^
