I was approached by Niyoh for designing a soap label for CF, and came up with this bad boy to match her theme of light, airy/blue and white.

this is just LOVELY :D I do have one suggestion with it though that really bugs me (same thing that bugged me when I watched Rio too) The toes~ Parrots have two toes front and two toes back. like this. Honestly it's not a big deal at all cause this is just a gorgeous picture of a cockatoo no matter what <3
We honestly had no idea how old he was. :( He ended up being a gift from my dad when I was younger and the seller was an avian specialist pet store but didn't have much information on him. We know he had been previously owned because of his vocabulary was massive. I'd love to one day get another large bird, but have to wait until the kids stage is over so no little fingers get taken off for trying to poke/pet the bird. X3
lol yeaaaah that would be a bad thing to happen. I actually know a lot people who own larger birds and have kids, but it's all about teaching respect on both ends. Teaching the kids to respect the birds but not fear them and for the birds to understand kids are just little people not toys or something to be scared of XP And god it's not easy but I've seen it done.
Have a few young kids, ages between 2-8, that have been around birds and understand them get bit by one, some little some big macaws or cockatoos, and through tears they don't flinch and say "It's not their fault! They didn't mean to don't be mad at the bird!" It's the cutest thing ever lol
