You'll get difficult when you're gonna doing a shoulder press on the smith machine but still, it would be worth more if you want to grow and build your shoulder muscle.
Well, I did join the gym for about 6 months but still in the process to manage a pain from doing some exercise. Its so interesting~ :3

Btw, in your opinion, which protein supplement is best to consumed ? I prefer powder / shake than tablets. I need to make my body grow big and healthy but I like to get a proportional and athletic body.

I prefer the powder as well. I can't say which of those brands are best as I haven't tried those ones before. I use Immense from complete nutrition and its worked well for me.
Pretty much tho, if you're trying to gain mass you should be consuming twice your body weight in grams of protein each day. So say for example you weigh 150lbs, then you wanna try and eat 300g of protein a day. Just keep in mind though that your body can only digest about 30 grams of protein an hour. So spread the protein out over the course of the day in multiple small meals. Its going to keep you fuller and speed up your metabolism.
Also another thing that's important. Drink water. At least 8 glasses of it a day minimum. Not tea, not coffee, not juice, water. You wanna stay hydrated. It also will speed up your metabolism and help you bulk up faster.

Well, I use Ultimate Nutrition : Muscle juice (this one tastes too delicious maybe because it uses alot of sugar) and Whey Protein Prostat 100 %. It looks like both of this produts helps to gain mass and build muscles.
