If any of you grew up in a poor or lower-middle class family in the south, HOPEFULLY, you know what this is!

Not too sure what you guys call it, but what me and my mom calls it is 'Throw Up' cause you just throw it together really quick!

I'm gonna call it SoCo for the crockpot recipie contest at my job tomorrow, cause it truly was a comfort food for me as a child, my mom would always make it when we had a bad day and it just brought our moods up so much after we ate it, even if she called it 'Throw Up', it's the best Throw Up you'll ever eat, haha.


Ingredients (For this size):

1 Family Pack Macaroni and Cheese (I used Kraft)

1 Large Vann Camp's Can of Pork & Beans

1 Pound of Ground Beef
