Now that we are ready It is time for us to begin
To begin your wonderful journey
From as you are now
To what you want to be
To what you will be
First we must relax even more
Our body becoming limp and our mind relaxed
Every breath in you take
Seems to pull you into a deeper state of relaxation
And every breath Out seems to push worry out of your mind
You may find your body growing warmer
Warmer and warmer as you relax
As this relaxation fills you
As worry and stress leaves your thoughts
Your mind may begin to drift
Or it may follow my words
Either way thats okay
Because either way
My words are for another part of you
A deeper part that is always listening
Always guiding you
A silent companion, watching over you
And its takeing in every word that leaves my lips
Every breath you take in seems to fill you
Fill you with a warm sensation
One that fills your entire body
Filling you with warm relaxation
It fills your body
And it relaxes your mind
And with every exhale
Your daily stress slips away
Your worries seem so much more distant
As you breathe them away
My voice seems to help this
Guiding you towards relaxation
And you may be hanging on my every word
Or you may your mind wandering
As stress slips away into oblivion
All of this is okay
In fact
All you have to do
Is to keep breathing
Slow deep relaxing breaths
That's all you have to do

Filling your mind
Making your consciousness drift away
Your thoughts drifting away
Your worries drifting away
All that's left is this pleasant place
Filled with relaxation
So much relaxation

You may find there is something more there
Something that has always been there
Something wonderful
Something that echoes throughout you
Something that is hanging on my every word
Even if your mind wanders
That part of you, that so desperately wants
To experience what you desire
And to both of your excitement
You may find that you feel rather warm
In this relaxed state
And the warmth seems to accumulate
On top of your head
And in your ears
All over your head
Shifting all over it
As your ears grow so very warm
So very very warm
And then, much to your excitement
They begin to alter
To stretch and shift
Becoming wonderful
Soft
Sensitive
Triangles
Before they shift to the top of your head
They can twitch too you know
Perhaps they twitch to every noise
Or maybe only when you wish them to
You may find that when anyone runs their hands over your head
That you can feel your sensitive ears
Twitch in utter delight
They are soft too
Covered in warmth
And that warmth seems to be spreading
The feeling so very nice
That feeling is your fur
Spreading slowly over your body
Thick and soft
Warm and fuzzy
Lush
Falling over your chest
Dancing over your arms
Cascading over your back
Growing over your legs
Sprouting over your hands
Caressing your feet
And covering your face
You may find that it could be any number of colors
From a simple brown or black
To a dusty red
Or perhaps a purple or a green
Any color
For your lupine self
That is emerging as I help you feel this part of you
Is a reflection of you
And that fur can be of any color you desire
There is no wrong answer
All there is is the warmth and comfort of the fur
And as it grows
As it thickens
You find that it makes you feel so much more relaxed
It makes you feel so nice
So warm
So right
And as it grows all over you you may find that your hands
And your feet
Seem to be changing
It is a nice feeling though
An increasing warmth in your fidgets
As they seem to form small leathery pads
Soft and supple
Sensitive and sensual
Lining your hands and feet
Your feet feel so nice
So warm
As they change beneath you
Widening and arcing so you walk on the tips of your paws
On those nice supple pads
Your hands may change as well
Or they may stay the same
Perhaps they will simply be fur covered hands
With nice little pads and small sharp claws
Or perhaps they will change into proper forepaws to match your bottom ones
No matter what though, they feel right
Of course you can still manipulate the world around
Even if they have completely changed into paws
Or are digigrade hands
You can still type
And write
And hold things
And do all the things you wish to do
With your paws
Your nice
Wonderful
Paws
As you become more and more wolf like
Your fur covering your form in a lovely color
With strong paws ready for any journey
You may realize how happy you are
And that feeling of joy seems to focus
Focus at the base of your spine
Growing and growing
Not just the joy, but your spine as well
The two feelings intertwined,
Your joy increasing
And your spine growing and stretching
Lengthening in the nicest sensation
Your inner animal channeling your happiness
Its so nice
So wonderful
As your tail begins to slip out of your lower back
Your spine lengthening into your new appendage
It wags
Back
And Forth
Back
And forth
As you breathe
In
And out
So relaxed
So happy
You may find it rather large and busy
Or short and fuzzy
No matter what though it is a tail
A wonderful tail
Your tail
That will help you keep your balance
And show everyone just what you are feeling
Every time you are happy
You find it wagging behind you
Showing your joy off for all to see
In fact you may find it wagging now
As you pleasantly change into a wolf.
You may find the color is different from your coat
Or the same
But no matter what it looks wonderful
You are so close to your wolf self
Still changing
In the best way possible
The changes seem to pause for just a moment
Allowing you to admire your new form
Clad soft warm fur which you can feel all over you
You may find that you can smell it too
Your nice warm fur
With a scent all of its own
As you focus on that scent
In fact your sense of smell is becoming sharper, isn’t it?
The smell of your fur so strong
So real
So perfect in this moment
And its not just your fur either
Every smell around you seems so much more real
So much more vivid
Your room
Your breath
Everything
So much more real then you have ever experienced
Thanks to your new wolf sense of smell
But that's not all
And your sight seems sharper
Able to pick out every single hair in your fur
Able to see the wonderful colors of your coat
You may find that even your sense of touch is stronger
Realer
That your entire body feels more real than it ever has before
And as you enjoy your changes so far
Another change begins
You can feel a pleasant tingle in the tip of your nose
As it pushes out
Pushes out into a sensitive snout
Stretches wonderfully out into a muzzle
It is whatever length your lupine self thinks it should be
But you can see the tip of it
The black tip of your nose
In your vision
And perhaps you can see a bit of fur as well, just before that
Your nose is so sensitive now
Twitching to every new smell
And you can almost taste the world around you
Your tongue just as sensitive now
Your senses as powerful as a wolf's
Your hearing is the next thing to change
So that it can match your lupine ears
That you have enjoyed during this experience
You may can feel them sticking out of your thick head fur
And if someone were to say
Run your hand over your them
Or down your spine
Through your fur
Your ears may twitch in delight
And your tail may wag as well
Or your entire form may quiver in delight
After all touch is so much stronger now
So much more pleasurable and wonderful
Every sense cranked up to eleven
As you become a wolf
Take a moment to appreciate yourself
Your new wolfness
Your changed body
Doesn’t it feel nice to be a denizen of the wilds?
To be a wolf?
You can become this again
Any time you wish
Whenever you say the words
Or whenever someone you truly trust speaks them
The words
Lupine Time Now
You will find yourself becoming more wolf like
As wolf like as you wish
Those words will send you back into this form
Into a wolf
Into this form you have enjoyed
Into this experince
As much of a wolf
Or as little
As you wish
And once you are ready
Ready to return to being human
Ready to put the wolf away
For whatever reason
All you
Or that one you truly trust has to say
Are the words
Awaken Now
And with those words
Awken now
You will find your body returning to a human form
A form you remember well
One of flesh
One without fur
As you were
And with this knowledge
Knowledge that you can control this change
And become a wolf whenever you please
It is time to Awaken

As we Awaken Now
One, you can feel your ears becoming round and returning to the side of your head
Two, your muzzle shrinks back down into a nose
Three, your fur begins to fade to flesh
Four, your paws shift back into hands and feet
Five, your tail shrinks back into your spine
Six, your fur has vanished completely
Seven, your mind begins to return to you
Eight, your feel so relaxed, as you Awaken Now
Nine, your senses return to normal as you continue to Awaken
Ten, and you are Now Awake
