Dream scene 5. Outside the perimeter of the universe.
For those of you who don't follow this, these are scenes from the dream I had. Read a little bit about it's general premise here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/13146/
Outside the confines of the universe. This is where it all started, and this is where it all will end. Our protagonist's first memory was swimming around in the most serene, clear waters he'd ever seen, but now they are a torrent. The holes in the universe are represented by the various windows and riveted gaps you see in the giant stone monolith. The waters are his stream of conciousness, and they stretch out to infinity. The enforcers had chased him and the rebels (who are symbolic of various parts of the protagonist's psyche he wished to repress before he entered the utopian world) until only he was left. In a last desperate move, the protagonist is cornered and jumps out the window. Banged up and bloodied, he doesn't know how to escape this world which he has by now found out is a dream.
So, he rolls into the stream to await death. The waters become serene again, and he feels restored. Nothing seems to matter anymore, and the enforcers simply turn around and leave after he rolls in. The protagonist's memories and the incomprehensible things of his previous life start to come back to him as a warm glow surrounds everything. As it all starts to become light and white out, the protagonist awakens from his coma remembering everything he did before his accident.
Out of all this, our protagonist basically learns on how to be a better person, by not repressing all his feelings, and forgiving those he felt he was wronged by at the time he fell into a coma. Unfortunately, that's about the time I woke up from my own dream, and so I couldn't tell you how this story ends, other than it probably ended happily.
The end :3
