Only thing that comes to mind is Emperor's New Groove with all the cartoony expressions from Kuzco or Yzma, but I get the sense that's a bit too recent. Either that or The Great Mouse Detective, but I haven't really watched that one all that much. Mmph. I'm pathetic.
