Bio: The younger brother of the Ripple Brothers, and son of the diseased parents. He spend the rest of this childhood to cope with society, which wasn't easy. Luigi is one regular Vaporeon, shy, and sometimes curious. During his evolution, his skin pigmentation cause him to give him that green-ish blue color instead of blue like any other Vaporeon. Some say it was a strange Water Stone he was exposed to. During his high school days, he was the roommate of Jade, which got him into crossdressing, usually keeping it a secret. He had made many friends along the way during his late teen to his young adult life, break his way out of his anti-social habits. But his still shy nonetheless to new people. His current job is at a local supermarket and has been working there for quite some time. His second job is working a maid.. his boss, Jade herself.
