Soulroids actually absorb and produce energy at all times, some models are adapted to use this energy for special functions for example this one has vents that let the energy seep out and then become molded in to arm like shapes. All models are capable of using energy and controlling it, some individuals learn through practice how to harness it as enhancements like morvik or kivrom adding a layer over their wristblades, or ex using it to produce shields. Energy is the key principle of glogorion tech and therefore an important part of soulroids.

Soulroids cant be infected by monodimenssional organics. In fact if you were to put any organic material inside of them (like said parasite) the atomic structure of said material would be ripped apart from atoms to the subatomic particles and those particles to their sub particles and to their sub particles further and further untill all that remains was the energy that held those particles together, then that energy is absorbed
