my grandpa tried to change to e cigarettes but his lung started hurting from it so i couldnt go on.
i like this vibrant blurry effect really much, how is it done? i´m jus tnot sure which layer it was and what exactly was done to it

no blur effect, what i did was i copied the lineart layer and then pasted it, then offset it just really slightly.

i still thinkthis is somehting else from what i usually see and wanna know how it gets done. its probably just as simple as this but sometimes u just dont notice. she told me how its done, its not as hard but i couldnt think of that. its mostly the flat image copied with red channel unchecked and slightly moved :3
