thank and yaeh the one in the middle did not turn out too well I was trying crouching pose that did not turn out well.

Have you tried looking through some muscle magazines to see if they have crouching positions? I sometimes use those when I feel like drawing to get works on male anatomy.

yaeh I do have some books on anatomy and some muscle magazines too I was just trying to draw it without using reference.

What one friend told me before is try using Tracing paper. Putting it over the picture and just trace it over and over till you get the feel, then trying it on your own.

yeah I was told that too but I don't like using tracing paper to much but I don't feel like learning form tracing. but I well give a try next time. ^^
