This is one of the most unique OC's I've seen. The way the mane, tail, and face look, along with the hooves, gives her quite the "Ethereal" look. Most mystifying. :)

<LoL!> I cannot help but get a chuckle out of the Sweetie Belle reference that is at the beginning of your comments. She squeaked that so well in Lesson Zero. Especially after Smarty Pants got enchanted with the "Gotta' Have It!" spell. :)

Might want to make a different-coloured background, unless you intended for the character to half-blend with it.
It's worth noting none of the ponies in the show are a pure white; Rarity has an off-grey and Celestia is tinged light-pink.

Yeah, I know that the color blend a little. But I have to do it that way so the magic will be visible. Also, this pony it's not pure white, it is a little bit blue-grayish.

You could use a background that's the opposite of her magic, that way it can still be seen, and her body and mane wouldn't blend in either.
You know, like some green or something.

Yeah, I know it, but somehow I forget that when I was drawing. And the commissioner is totally okay with that, so I really don't care.

You did a most magical effort here, my friend. The way you made the mane, hooves, face, and tail is just so amazing! As I noted above, she is quite magical in appearance and perhaps one of the most unique OC's I've ever seen in pony. :)

Great work on a great commission. Congratulations on two, awesome efforts in one weekend. :)
