Less than 3 years ago, someone suggested I do a grayscale check for contrast evaluation. I didn't say so at the time but I had never heard of grayscale before...or most other art terms for that matter. So I looked it up and figured out what they were talking about and that has been one of my best tools since. Don't have photoshop so I have just been using my camera. I like the sepia tone setting better than B&W.
