I actually worked there last year and was fired based on a lie. Petsmart was even worse, but nothing compared to Petland and how they run things... charming people with window sill puppies (from mills) and all. I'm more of Pet Supplies Plus person now, even though I know all of their little critters are from Rainbow Exotics as well. :/ They at least seem to care a fair amount once they're in the store. Although that could vary from store to store.
