Alright, um, this is kind of hinting towards Basil/Ratigan. (no way would their relationship be consensual if it ever did happen, for obvious reasons. That's how I see it, that is)

So yeah, Basil and Professer Ratigan from Disney's The Great Mouse Detective. I tried hard to keep Basil more "on model", and this is also my first try at Ratigan. Oh, all of the screenshots I had to dig through for reference! D: Hands and backgrounds are still my arch nemesis when it comes to more serious things, though! As for the blood, to make it sound less dramatic, let's just say Ratigan popped Basil in the mouth. Basil sure is pissed now.
