Flowers for the Pretty Mare 1 - By KaputOtter
I commissioned the fantabulous 
kaputotter for this one as as slot in one of her L'Ottery sketch offers. You guys should really check them out sometime if you haven't already. She holds them pretty frequently, and they're a scandalous deal! You can even win some free color work, or just pay for the upgrade if you can sweettalk Mz. Webs into it. ^_~
This piece is just so sweet that I'm almost afraid I'm going to ruin it with my silly little description. Here we go anyway, though!
Kaput's Ottersprey, that hopeless romantic, has invited Jessi out to a Grecian festival! Not on a date, mind you, nothing that would intimidate our dear mare that much. Just friends having fun. ^_~ It has been a busy day, and Jessi has had a lovely time filled with Greek culture and food. There aren't many culinary overlaps between an herbivore and a fish hawk, but they managed to find a food stand that could cater to both of them, where Jessi tried a delicious spanakorizo. They even got into the spirit of the event by picking up some robes at a costume stand! Tired from all that walking around, the two of them have retired to an out of the way, grassy area to sit and chat for a little while.
Jessi has had a delightful day with her friend! He's friendly and outgoing, and helped her navigate the dizzying array of sights, sounds, and activities of the festival like an old pro. Best of all, he's a pretty tall guy himself, so she doesn't stand head and shoulders above him, feeling ungainly and out of place in the crowd. While they chatted about the day and whatever else came to mind, Ottersprey revealed his unexpected talents with braiding hair, and did up her mane for her with a bit of ribbon he had secreted away. Already feeling positively doted on, Jessi could hardly refuse his offer of flowers to complete the effect.
I think this piece has captured a really sweet moment, and I adore how it has come out. ^^ If we're all very lucky, there just may be more pieces of the adventures these two had today!

It seems your cast is really taking a liking to Ottersprey. We've seen him with several of the girls so far. Heh, what's next I wonder, revealing that him and sterk actually play sports together or work out at the same gym? Maybe even hit the same nightclub.

Kaput is an awesome person, and Ottersprey has turned out to be quite the gentleman and charmer! It's only natural that my cast would get along with him. ^_~ As for what's next, I can say pretty definitely that this little series is going to run for a bit first!
