"...Underdog is here!"

Even the world's greatest super villain, Phelan, likes to pretend to be the hero every now and then! So, thinking quick, he put on his red feetie jammies, pinned on a "U" and a blue "cape" and ran around the house as Underdog!

Just a quick sketch that I decided to ink and color. I really should have transferred it over to bristol paper before coloring it....the colors look really off because it's on sketch paper (not to mention all the marker bleeding that happened).
