I wrote this after the first visit of my boyfriend. Together we have a distance relationship and is rather difficult sometimes to see us. And this write tell everything that we feel the very moment of our goodbye.

There are moments when the pain overwhelmed you
There are moments when the exit seems almost unreachable
But, if you look carefully, there are moments of happiness and joy too
And those moments, are when you are with me, here, by my side.

I can be happy; I know that you think on me right now
But there is a pain in my heart that don’t leave me
That pain, is our physical separation… the moment of the goodbye
That cruel moment, which make us, cry… we both cry.

We know that we had to come back to ours owns life, even if this hurts
We know that we have to continue with ours life alone… for a while
But, we are sure that this time alone it helps us on something
It helps us to keep growing this feeling that we have in our hearts.

Weeks and months can pass by without seeing us
Even though the feeling will keep strong and will prevail
The distance is nothing, the time is nothing
We know that we are going to be together again.

These months are painful, we know it
These months we cry on secret
These months that will soon go away
Because, someday we will be together again, as always.

This is just a test, the life is putting us an obstacle
We look each other, taking our hands and pass this test
Over the obstacle, a brand new day is waiting
With you, all the days will be joyful.

This pain in my heart is passing out, just because I heard your voice
You said to me those words that I love
Just hearing your voice put my heart in peace
I’m with you; I will never leave your side.

Soon my love, soon we will be together forever
The wait makes the prize better some say, and I believe that’s true
The more we wait, the better we receive it
For that reason, I will wait all the time that is necessary to see you again.
