This is an Angel Food cake. This cake was super yummy. It isn't covered in whipped cream, no, no; it's creme Chantilly mixed with strawberries. It was fun making this cake but geezus! This sucker is so picky. This cake has it's on mixing method and it's own baking pan and it's own knife. redick
