one technique is to put butter on your skin so the puppy associates skin with licking rather than mouthing, having chew toys around is always a plus, never play with your hands around the puppy's face as toys so they don't associate hands as toys, and if all else fails you can always spray some "bitter apple" on yourself and anything else you don't want him to chew :)
