Perhaps, but look towards the short pieces like "Disrobe" or "Pleasure to Serve" and you might get a suggestion that he might not be so good at separating physical and emotional intimacy as we might hope.
Also it's going to get infinitely worse after he inevitably runs off to save Amon from the Dragons in the trap they've laid (for that matter, Amon seems to be growing feelings as well).

The consistance of the fur color tones and shadowing from one panel to another differs some. This really ruined the experience of the comic for myself. In one panel the fur color tone is darker then in the next panel from the top. This being replaced with a dark spot and a light patch of fur instead of the consistant color throughout like on the first panel.
The shadows are not supposed to be consistent. The characters are moving in and out of shadow, in drastically different lighting in each scene. A character in shadow is going to have a 'bluer' tint to their skin/fur when in shadow, especially in a natural setting where blues and purples are predominant in shadows. And a character walking from sunlit to shade with a lit edge is going to appear massively different, especially since he's facing a different direction (IE in panel one, facing into the sun, in panel 3, he has his body turned AGAINST the sun, blocking it). Shadowing characters in the same colors, with the same methods, in every scene is poor practice.
Are you trying to say that this free art is not living up to your standards? Common courtesy would suggest that you express your concerns to ruckus in a private message, for two reasons. 1/ You don't appear rude and 2/ you aren't embarrassed when you are educated publically.
A rhetorical question is a figure of speech in the form of a question that is asked in order to make a point. You have been publicly educated a second time. And by the way you don't need to hide your user page from me, I have already seen it last night. It wasn't embarrassing, but NO art submitted?
I'm really getting a feel for Amon's accent with this page. For whatever reason, it's just apparent that his dialect and accent are different. His mother tongue isn't the same as Luther's, right? "We don't need to speak about such things" is just such an unusual word choice not many native speakers would use. It just sounds...exotic to me. (Or I could be totes wrong. Either way, me like)
