Here's a pic of the sergal foam base that I did a month ago. I was going to make a sergal partial and sell it on furbuy, but my friends decided we were going to a con this year and I had to abandon the project so that I could finish my pokemon fursuit in time. This view gives you a better look at the cowl, which when furred will give the illusion of a long, snaking neck. It also gives good structure to the messy mohawk look that I'm quite fond of.

I'm debating putting this base on furbuy as is, or completing it at a later time.
