Here's a model sheet for my fan-made "berserker" form for Laughing Jack. Basically, the idea is that when he lets rage overtake him completely, he loses control of his shape-changing powers and grows into a mindlessly violent beast.
This is only to get an idea of the proportions, so some details (like the striped socks) are left out.
