Commission for for some design concepts of a cat and dragon hybrid/fusion.

I'll list some of the stuff I drew out to explain it:
Design concept #1
Mostly feline with a more reptile-shaped tail. The light gray on belly originally was going to be drawn as belly scales but it can be left to interpretation(can be scales or fur depending on what you like). Color scheme is dark gray, brown, and blue. The dark blue patches are patches of dragon scales. The dark gray and tan is fur. The ears on this design have extra fluff along the out edge(dark brown). Large "saber" teeth and two small horns on the top of the head. Also, there are some spikes along the tail(I can also add spikes to the back). The feet are like normal paws with larger claws, and the hands are sorta like dragon hands(claws for fingers instead of "paws" )
Webbing in between wingfingers is light blue. The wings extend from the shoulder with fur still on the wings until it reaches the start of the fingers.

Design concept #2
Just like design #1, the belly can be fur or scales. The belly starts at the neck instead of below the chest. Tail is more cat-like with spikes on the end. Feet are more dragon-like, paws are more "paw"-like. Golden patches are dragon scales. The scales on the shoulders extend back around the shoulder blade and continue along with the wings. Webbing on wings is light gray. The face has more markings. Color scheme is gray, red and gold with a bit of black. The ear has a patch of longer fluffier fur that runs from the base of the ear(center) to the tip. The hair on the top of the head is black and the black extends down the back(like a big stripe) to the tail and curves around the dragon scales on the hips.

Alternates:
I included some doodles of alternate short hair ideas, wing shapes/sizes, and color schemes so you can see what sorta things you like X3

Of course all these details/designs can be swapped around, like you can keep the gold/red color scheme but go with the design of design #1 or keep the fur on the wings but keep all the details on design #2 or completely create something new based off the characteristics on this page X3 If you want me to make any little changes like seeing what different colored paws look like or adding highlights to hair, etc.. just let me know!
I made hair black and eyes brown on all the designs. I just drew the eyes in a feline/dragon-like way but of course it can be changed X3
