Yes, I do know people like this. In fact I have a story about it but I'd rather not spend all day typing it out. Short version, the person got into a wreck and couldn't get their vehicle open to get out. I had to pry it open myself since they were trapped. I still remember they were glued to the steering wheel the entire time.
