Yes that is my 2 year old.. yes she has her own tail.. why?
well when you see her hugging my wolfie tail.. then taking a scrap of fur off my work space floor and holding it be hind her and asking for it to be attached (in gestures and silent language as she doesn't really talk yet) its hard to resist.. so I took said scrap.. sewed it into a mini wolf tail with a loop and put some ribbon in it.
she will now ask to wear her tail... when you ask her what kind of tail that is, she points to a picture of a wolf on my calendar, then throws her head back and Howls.. literally howls. like a baby wolf (no i did not prompt or teach her to do this, we were going over animal sounds one day - doggies say bark bark, kitty says me-ow, horsie says neeeiiiigghh.. wolfies say aahhooooo etc etc the next day she pulled my husband over to the calendar, pointed at it, when he says "oh yes you see mommy's wolf calendar?" she threw her head back and let out the tiniest most adorable little howl, and hasn't stopped since)
anyway, it wiggles it waggles she loves making it wag, giving it hugs and brushing it lol.. so I think I have a future Furry on my hands :) Thought I'd share it for others to see.
in the mean time.. if anyone wants a tiny wolf tail, these aren't to hard for me to make and I could make them into perfect keychain/pocket clip on tails :) about 12ish inches in length.
