By agreeing to these terms, you agree that all songs that I produce, I will get credit for. It is free for yours to use however you want, as long as I get some credit for it. You are entitled to unlimited edits of a song, as long as it is not a major part of the song (melody, chord progression, and the basic song structure). The only things that can be changed by the unlimited edits are synths used, samples used, tempo, effects, ambiance, ect. The length of a song cannot be changed, unless commissioned to do so. If the song you have commissioned is 4:35, depending on the edits, it might change from 4:35 to 4:20 or 4:55. Songs have to be posted on the original page first used to connect me. If you contacted me through YouTube, you must post it on YouTube. If Contacted threw FurAffinity you must post the file on your FurAffinity page. When commissioned, you are to pay a work fee, this means you have to pay half your total price for a slot and for me to get started working on the song. If you commissioned a song that is $50, you must pay $25. There are no refunds on this, because I still took the time to create the song or the demo made. Once the song is complete, you are required to pay the rest of the money for the commission. If the song you commissioned is something you do not like, or you change your mind about commissioning me, I am able to post the song onto my page either to be sold to someone else or to be used as an original song by me. Completed songs will also be posted to my YouTube Channel or Furaffinity page, unless said otherwise by the commissioner or trader. If contacted for a trade, all the above terms are also applied. I am entitled to take my time on my commissions. How long it takes me to do a commission varies from time to time. If I am more inspired at the moment, I might be able to get it done that day. If I am not, then it might take weeks and/or months.
