So, I'm a bit curious, what is she? What inspired her design? If I might ask.

Not exactly sure to be honest. Right now I'm just calling her some sort of feline mystic. I got the design idea from a chibi maker on DA, though I've tweaked it a bit. I have always wanted a "darker" character like her, but never could figure out a look for one. =)
