Alright so I just ended up not being happy enough with my first version so here's the second version.
I amended the pattern to look far more like the ref picture I was given so I'm happy about that.
I've already shaved this one down & it really gives a nicer shape to the ear than the previous one had.
I'm in the process of taking the first one apart & remaking it into one like this for the pair.
We had an issue with the headband we'd originally purchased (I dont think it was made to fit a human head o.o) so we're going elsewhere to get a better one.
