This was the funnel produced by the storm/wall cloud featured in this picture: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10416436/
It never became a tornado, and quickly dissipated after a couple minutes.
We/I was about two hundred yards from it, it had a weak circulation/rotation, and we believe the storm behind it that was much more intimidating was sucking all the moisture and energy from this storm, which is why it never produced anything more than some warnings and a funnel
